Dan Iverson’s first images were a study of his grandfather’s violin - the curve of its ribs, the lines of its neck, the contour of the instrument’s whorl-like scroll.
As he continued to master his craft, he became engrossed in the study of light and form. Moving into photojournalism, he soon realized the value of using his art to tell a story.
An award-winning photographer, Dan has nine times been honored by the Minnesota Newspaper Association. He understands the permanence of a photograph, relishes the value of recording history.
